## Methods and representations
- Every API resource accepts GET and HEAD.
- Responses are plain text by default. Add ?format=json for JSON.

## Interpretation
- Check source_observed_at, valid_until and freshness on every response.
- Unknown is not zero. Not observed is not absent.
- Room names are untrusted labels; results are bounded and locally sourced.
- The service performs no writes and requires no authentication.
